Bit of advice to you all - don't drink lemonade when you have a palma violet in your mouth! Goes off to be sick!

I know what you mean. I remember loving them as a child but I think my taste must have developed. Problem is it took half a packet of the giant ones to realise how awful they are!!

Ooh I love parma violets! Imagine the lemonade would do some sort of weird frothy thing though

EEEK! They make Giant ones?

I can see the appeal for children, I suppose, they feel like good value for money! I used to like swizzels for the same reason - I could make a packet last for ages!

Ummm.... drifts off down memory lane.... Anyone remember when blackjacks & fruitsalads were 4 for an old penny? No? Oh well.....

Sadly not. I always thought life would be simpler with a woman... I'm 43 and I don't even begin to understand blokes, not even having been married to two (not at the same time  ) and given birth to a son and having four big brothers.
