Answer: Three

3. Mark Butcher played in 71 Test matches for England, but how many ODIs?
Answer: None

Answer: Phil Tufnell

6. Which bowler was responsible for the embarrassment of a debuting Chris Read at Lord’s in 1999?
Answer: Chris Cairns (It seems this was in fact Read's second match and not his debut but I think it's the right answer)

7. What else was historic for England about the match in which both Nasser Hussain and Alec Stewart made their Test debuts?
Answer: Not too sure what they may want here.
It was England's first victory against the West Indies in 16 years and 30 tests. Which is what I think I'll go for.
It was also England's first victory in Kingston for 36 years.

8. Who was batting alongside Alex Tudor as he finished stranded on 99 not out after batting England to victory against New Zealand at Edgbaston in 1999?
Answer: Graham Thorpe

9. How many members of England’s 2005 Ashes-winning squad made their Test debuts in the Nineties?
Answer: Three (As far as I can make out)

10. Who was the mistaken umpire when Mike Atherton “arm-guarded” a ball behind to Mark Boucher off Allan Donald at Trent Bridge in 1998?
Answer: Steve Dunne
