Policy Admin Services - £11.99 per month

I have just looked at my bank statement and looked at a Policy Admin Services DD of £11.99 per month. As I wasn't sure what it was, I used a search engine and found out it was to do with Phones4U insurance.


I'm also confused as it's a Phones4U service, but I don't think Phones4U exist anymore?

Am I able to claim these payments back?

No, You are still insured so there is nothing to claim back

I'm not sure what it is I'm insured with though as it's a sim only contract?

You will have purchased insurance for a phone through Phones4U at some point.

I got caught with this but my own fault as I forgot their 'free' phone insurance was only valid for a few months before they would start charging you. Think they had a deal that offered free insurance for a bit but you had to remember to cancel it before they started charging...
