Best sturdy case for Nexus 7 (2013 model)

Hi folks,


I have the speck fitpolio case for my 2012 nexus 7 but have bought a family member the 2013 model of the nexus 7, so looking for a good studry shell type case for it.


It seems its a bit difficult to get the speck case for the 2013 model of the nexus 7, so any recommendations gratefully appreciated.

I use one from InventCase, which includes a feature where if you close the case with the Nexus screen turned on it switches it off then turns it back on when you open it, which is very handy as I find the switch itself a bit fiddly. The only issue may be getting hold of one, on Amazon they seem to only have covers for the Nexus 9 now.

There are several Nexus 7 users in our family - both the original one and the 2013 version. Find Mofred cases excellent. Does what Agrinnall says. Available from Amazon

It's good quality (and cheap), though I can never make it into a stand like in the 4th image.

Their screen protector films work well too.

Another vote for the Poetic, I have had one on my well used series one Nexus 7 for a couple of years, it still looks like new.
