repay a euro mortgage?

We have a mortgage with the leeds building society which has to be paid each month in euros. This has been no problem when it comes to paying the 129euro each month. But next year the capital of 122.000 euro has to be paid back.
The leeds won't accept it as sterling only euro, our bank want £5000 to make the exchange and our currency house can only deal with a transfer of under £10.000 due to money laundering regs. Help! How can we complete this in the cheapest way?

Brian - that is rubbish by the way - there is nothing in the ML regulations stopping your currency trader from completing this transaction just because it is over £10k. It is simply their policy and they are probably blaming the ML regulations in the same way that that people blame 'Health and Safety' or 'the EU' for things..0 -
