quick question regarding something lve been offered with my new card

pretty much as the subject states, basically my old card is about to expire so lve been sent a new visa debit card.

on the front it has a sticker about some scheme that rewards when you spend, Cashback Plus it seems to be called.

now lve had a gander but l cant find much information with regards to if it costs to activate it on my card.. now if l read the page (http://personal.natwest.com/personal/current-accounts/cashback-plus-current-account.html ) the costs it notes are only for credit cards what ld like to know is if l activate it, will it cost for using on a debit card?
