Hello all,

I have a PCN from ParkingEye.
I moved three months ago and haven't changed the address my vehicle is registered to, so they sent it to my old address.

My baby daughter is ill, so I had to park up whilst my wife fed her.

Ive had a good look through the stickies, but what's the first step you would recommend? Email to the landowner and appeal through ParkingEye?(I presume both of these can be done online)
Do I tell them my new address?

Pe do court so you don't want a ccj against you.

Step one. Update DVLA for driver licence and car. You don't want a speeding fine to go to the wrong address.

Step two. Appeal to pe. Don't say who driver was. Tell them ntk was sent to old address. Say it was due to ill baby.

Step three. Ask landowner to cancel.

If they refuse to accept, come back here

Yes of course, if you are appealing online then give your new address. BUT if the Notice is dated more than 28 days ago, don't do it that way! Instead, (online, like an appeal but not an appeal!) write as keeper at the old address and name the driver at the new address. Then the driver can appeal as they will be sent a new PCN.

Please do NOT NOT NOT reply here saying who was driving - NOPE. Don't even say it. No buts, no saying you can't do what I have suggested you do. YOU CAN.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
