2006 Peugeot 206 1.4 verdi overheating
Hi can someone please help me. My 206 is overheating when I looked in the coolant bottle it was empty. The question is what coolant type do I buy to put in, everywhere I look it says make sure you use the correct coolant but not saying what coolant is the right coolant.
Please help as car needed for my disabilities.

You have a leak somewhere - either in the pipework or via the head / head gasket.
I personally would put ordinary water in as you need to get this to a mechanic ASAP.
If you have a leak and its overheated then you could have damaged the head or head gasket, so you need to not drive this car if at all possible and get it checked by a mechanic.0 -
You can buy universal coolant, even in supermarkets, that should be ok, but agree with the above, if it's emptied the expansion bottle, it needs looking at asap0
