I have not saw a single thread in the MSE forums about someone getting parking charge from the company called Secure Parking (head office in Holborn, London).
I have had two "charges" from them come through the post, explaining that they are well within their legal rights to demand the money from me for "OVERSTAY" (on two separate occasions) and that they are members of the British Parking Association.
I am confused as to what this means for me. I have roamed the forums and saw just ignore the letters and they will stop sending me threats, but then I saw a thing which said that that is now old advice not to be taken heed of and that now you cannot ignore any letters they send.
I thought of writing to them explaining that any more contact from them and I shall be taking legal action (I would be prepared to do this if they are acting illegally ?) .
Just don't know what to do. I won't let them bully me into paying them a "charge" if I do not have to.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Take yourself straight off to the Newbie thread where all will be revealed - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822
Secure are a relatively recent arrival to the scene - that's why you won't find too many threads about them.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Windscreen ticket, ANPR camera (from a height concentrating on your car number plate) or handheld camera/smartphone picture?
Timeline please?
Date of parking event?
Date of first correspondence from the PPC?
Are they quoting PoFA 2012/POPLA in their initial 'through the post' paperwork? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No photographic evidence has been provided, no they did not mention POPLA but mentioned BPA. "Offences" (even though this isn't a legal matter) occurred a few weeks ago with the two letters for each offence sent out literally within days. Should I respond to them threatening them with legal action if they send me any more letters ?
At the bottom of their letters reads:
"In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to pass this matter to our appointed Debt Collection Agency and the costs of recovering this PCN will be added to the amount outstanding and advised to you at that time. Additional costs may be incurred if this matter later progresses to court".0 -
Do they call them "offences"?
Can you post up the PCN, so we can see it - personal info redcated, of course.0 -
Yep we do need to see BOTH sides of the first letter please (assuming each letter is similar). Of course cover your name/address and car reg/PCN ref but NOT the dates!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It might be helpful to read through this thread from PePiPoo - http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=94596&hl although, sadly, there is no conclusion to the saga.
@OP we really need some more information in order to best assist you - as above. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
