Halifax - What happens next?

Hi I've progressed the following with Halifax so I'm just wondering what happens next?

1) DIP
2) Application - Gave three months payslips
3) Paid for Valuation

Is it just wait for the valuation and then the offer?

Thanks

Hi debtfreeian, could you please tell me how long it took for the valuation to take place once you had paid for it?

I used Halifax , the valuation was about 8 days after i paid (via a broker)

Ours was in the summer time , so this time of year , you would like to think a similar timescale

The valuation inspection date will depend on surveyor availability in the area concerned and the access provided by the vendor.
