Problem-Web Links not opening up

Hi, I wonder if any one can help.
When I select a link on a web page, it does not always open properly. I can sometimes copy and paste the properties of the link into the address bar and open it that way but this does not always work.

I am using Windows 98 and I am with AOL.

Sorry about the accuracy of the PC Terminology

Try a different browser, like Firefox.

  • Quote often emails with links to webpages will have 2 seperate links, a standard one and one for AOL.

Unfortunately i don't have any to check what the difference is but i presume it's just something to do with the way AOL interperates the link, so therefore it can't open some standard ones.

Although you use AOL as your ISP you can use IE when it's connected if you're having problems with certain pages you need to see.
