Sorry, this is a bit of a story, but might help? I tried this a few times just now. Thankfully it saved all my answers, so I could get through it quickly after the first time. What happened was twice, I wasn't sure if submitted automatically, because while I was trying things the screen changed to a sort of 'title page'. But as I wasn't sure, I kept trying, and changed a couple of answers that I wasn't sure about. In the end I got just 10 right, which led to '2 entries' (previously it had told me I'd had 3 entries). But the point is that at this stage the submit button showed, so I know I entered. I don't know if it's because of getting 2 entries instead of 3, or whether it's just persevering, but the submit button did show for me in the end. Sorry to have gone on.

The competition begins on 19th December 2014 at 12pm. All entries must be received by 12pm on 5th January 2015 and late entries (for whatever reason) will be invalid. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

I think you need to accept the terms and conditions before the submit button will appear. I've done this a few times and the button always shows after clicking the tick box.
