try one of the NWNF sites like euclaim. You can enter your flight number and date in and it will come back and confirm if you could have a claim. I used this for a flight where flightstats showed no accurate details...they had a departure time but did not account for the fact the plane ended up back on stand and we sat for 4 hours before actually taking off and had no arrival time...the site confirmed that we did have a claim
  • Thanks for responses, I don't believe there was a misiinterpretation of time, the flight was AA121 on 19/8/14 departing Paris for JFK.The flight status confirmed scheduled arrival of 7.55 and estimated arrival of 11.43pm.i ll try other sites suggested but any other suggestion welcome in the main time.
    Thanks all

Although not showing an actual arrival time, flightstats is showing an actual departure time of 7:32pm (a delay of 2 hours and 22 minutes late)
It is quite unusual for an aircraft to lose further time in the air and often when delayed they make up time, reducing the delay
With a 142 minute delay in departure, a 119 minute delay in arrival is realistic. Do you believe the actual departure time is showing an incorrect time?
  • Thanks, you are correct it didn't lose further time in air but it did warn at takeoff it will be stopping over to refuel (or some technical term they used) and it did stop over, this stop over was not part of the original journey schedule.

    where please?
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
  • Sorry for my delayed response,it was some weird name I can't remember,I ll ask my son later, everybody was asking each other on the flight, where is that ? It was the first time I heard the name of the place
