Halifax Shock But In A Good Way For Once.

Thought i would post this as it's not something i've had happen before.

Recently switched to Halifax & had to call them about something yesterday, unfortunately the advisor didn't give me all the information so i had to ring back. When i explained that it was the second time i'd had to ring this advisor said she would raise a complaint & when she came back after a couple of minutes on hold, she informed me that she would give me £15 as a sorry & £1 for phone charges..

So hats of to Hailfax (in my book anyone), considering i've only been with them for 3 weeks.
What came first, the music or the misery?
Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? Or was I miserable because I listened to pop music?
