Hello all.
Hope everyone is happy:)
I recently parked in an apartment complex carpark for a couple minutes. Ive read that I may be able to appeal on the fact that £60 is too much to pay to park for a couple minutes and as there were loads of spaces free, they didnt loose any revenue and noone was inconvenienced.
Ive seen the template on the sticky and was wondering have i got a case? Should I appeal?
Many thanks for all the help guys.

Hold on!
Was this a windscreen ticket, or a notice through the post with your car photographed by ANPR camera (from a high point, rather than a handheld camera)?
