With things like this always back up the phone call with an email so you have proof in writing. Having reported it a couple of times sit back and hope they forget all about it because you pass 12 months from the first report they can only back bill for 12 months. If they fix it in say 6 months, tell them you want at least 6 months to pay the back bill.
