  • So the saga with Npower continues....
I'm still no further forward to paying my disabled sons bill getting a DD set back up now because of "issues" with heat tariffs I truely am sick to the back teeth and I'm now going down the complaints route with this ... and Steven informs me to sort out the issues I now have to be passed on to energy wise advisor and it will take yet another 10 DAYS for them to contact me ..as soon as this is sorted I will look for another energy supplier!

I now suspect they post people like Steve on here simply to "head off " complaints about their company going public. AND they've stopped the DD I set up online because it is the incorrect monthly amount. So today I've paid off another £200.00 online via Debit card. I WILL PAY THIS DEBT WEATHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT! THEY WILL NOT GET MY DISABLED SON A NAME FOR BEING A BAD DEBTOR THIS IS THEIR FAULT!
