Magic Eye Problem - Sky

Two months ago I fitted a magic eye tvlink to my kitchen tv. I followed the instructions and it worked straight away - picture, sound and i could change the Sky channels.
This morning I disconnected the link from the digibox and the Sky engineer has installed a new digibox (i signed up to a new 1/2 price 12 month contract which included a new box/dish.)
He reconnected the magic eye and did the rf2 set up thingy.
The picture and sound are back on my kitchen tv and I can use the remote to change channels but NOT Sky channels. The light is on the magic eye and the remote works fine if used on the digibox.
The Sky engineer said everything seemed set up fine and could not fix problem.
Can anyone help please.
Steve

Sounds as if you need to retune your TV to the channel that the Sky box (RF2)is sending out. Chances are the new sky box is using a different one to your old box. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

Alost certainly that is the case, the Sky Installer ( not Engineer ) should have advised you of this, any decent installer would have set it up for you.0 -
