Which Fridge/Freezer ?

I came downstairs this morning and my FridgeFreezer has stopped working, i suppose we've had the money worth out of it, must be 20/30yrs old.
I've got a smaller FF out in the porch so been saving what i can into that for the most expensive stuff and leaving the veges etc, so at least i'm not in a panic, but now i'm looking for a replacelent.
Any suggestions what's good and what you would advoid. Most seem to have the fridge part as the biggest, but being here by myself i'd prefer the freezer bigger.
