Congratulation on your new motor just out of interest what did you end up paying for it we are looking for a ford fiesta 1.2 and were wondering what they were selling for as there is a huge price difference
Asking price was £6499 + a £60 admin fee, so £6559 in total.
I traded in an awful old 2002 Renault Clio, he offered £350 for it which actually I thought was a reasonable price considering the crappy condition it was in.
Did absolutely everything I could to get him to lower the price, including telling him if he didn't lower it then I wouldn't be able to buy Christmas presents for my family, but in the end I could only get him to knock £156 off.
So in the end it was £6053, plus the Clio. Compared to similar Fiestas at other dealers though, I think I did get a really good deal. It's only 3 years old, had 26000 miles on the clock and was in very good condition (from what I could tell). It also came with some sort of 3 month warranty, although I know that those things are typically worthless.0
