Utilita recharge
Has anyone reclaimed Utilita's £40 surcharge from 18 months ago? The regulator said it may be unlawful but decided not to demand repayment as it could put utilita out of business and harm other customers. The regulator has suggested I go to small claims court. Has any reader tried this?
