As an Octarian I'm always reminding folk that there aren't sixty minutes in an hour but it depends how old you are.
Old as I am I can still recall just how as a lad, how agonisingly slow time dragged waiting for Christmas.0 -
Hi, thanks for all your suggestions and for not slating me! I managed to download the empty stocking on my kindle and read that to him the other evening and accompanied by me now being on holiday (hurrah!) he's chilled a bit.
His behaviour is not something out of the ordinary for a 4 and a half year old after a first term at school so I'm not too worried, just needed that quick fix whilst we're all running out of batteries and tired too.
Still needing to remind him and his sister that santa won't visit if kids won't behave but also working on the generally need to be better.
Fun and games!"I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0 -
Aww, my little lad was similar last year. That first term in full time school is exhausting for them.
If it helps he's coped much better this year xBossymoo
