This post is only here because it is replacing an earlier one deleted by MSE following a single complaint from the subject - Nigel O'Hara Jewellers. Me thinketh they protesteth too much.
I just wanted my fellow forum users to be aware of the terrible experience I had with Nigel O'Hara. They took my order and didn't deliver. I then had to chase for a refund.
This it turns out is a fairly regular occurrence if you check Reviewcentre, Trustpilot, Free Index and Google and also the TZ forum.
As well as their awful service they challenge negative reviews and posts on the web. Both my reviews on Trustpilot and Reviewcentre were challenged and I had to fight to get them reinstated. And then there is this post itself.
I am now pursuing both the original poor service and the more recent complaint they made to MSE through new channels because I am absolutely disgusted by getting such hassle from them.
Their prices might be great but you can decide for yourself after checking them out online.

Shame on MSE for deleting the earlier thread. What does it say about a company that would exert pressure on an independent website to delete a legitimate opinion? It says AVOID.0 -
Makes you think when a company trawl the internet to get unfavourable reviews removed... If a company is any good they wouldn't bother.0

MSE must follow certain protocols in relation to complaints whilst trying to protect users' rights to express themselves.
All good stuff but in this case I think they failed miserably and buckled under very little pressure. Plus the evidence is out there to confirm Nigel O'Hara have form when it comes to complaints and they wouldn't have had to scratch the surface much to see this complaint for what it was.0
