When you're doing your tax return, the notes are usually reasonably comprehensive and comprehensible, so my answer would have been "DLA is not taxable, but if the tax return asks you to declare it, you declare it ..."Signature removed for peace of mind0

Sorry poppy12345 any respect or appreciation you have had from others on here has been seriously dented by your comments. Everyone can make a mistake when replying to someone but that is no excuse to make a comment like this to Nannytone. She has always been very helpful and informative in her posts and to be insulted by you in this way is totally out of order. You may not always agree with what she says but it is her opinion and we're all allowed an opinion.
