Sorry about that. Is it the location (google drive) or the PDF itself? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Here is a link to UKPC's photos. I think you can see the sign is not legible in the dark without a torch (or a camera flash) - but the last time I used this car park it was free after 8pm.

No, it's the company nanny web filter. It prevents me from accessing filesharing websites as well as Hotmail and many other sites that are deemed unacceptable for viewing by the workforce.

I love this Forum!

Many thanks to Swanvesta's thread. I also ended up with a Parking Charge Notice from UKPC in Cheltenham. As advised on this forum I waited for the Notice To Keeper letter. I then appealed by letter to UKPC and basically cut and pasted Swanvesta's appeal letter and awaited their rejection letter.

Today I hesitantly opened a letter from UKPC to find that they have reviewed and investigated my appeal and have decided to cancel the PCN.

Power to the people!
