Need compact LED fittings

Hi,
I'm trying to find compact downlight fittings to use in the bathroom, the joists above are 4"so with the extra bit of plasterboard we have a max void space of about 115mm
I haven't found any of that depth that are IP65 and dimmable, any ideas?
