New car, paint chips and lost key

Hi I recently bought a brand new Vauxhall. On finally collecting it I found 2 chips in the pearlescent paint on the door edge. I pointed this out at the garage and took a photo there. I was told they would arrange for me to return at my convenience and they would repair while I wait (not sure that's possible with pearlescent paint).
Also they could not find the spare key, they said they would post it to me.
This was last Friday.
I have sent emails regarding my situation and posted on Vauxhall FB page. Customer care said they would speak to the garage sales manager while FB people said they have now spoken to the business manager who will be in touch. Nobody has.
Can anyone give me advice on where I stand with this please? Do they have an amount of time to sort things? As I see it I still do not have the new car I am paying for. Is there some point I should or can turn around and go no that's it take the car?
I can imagine even after paint repair I will see some mismatch in colour doe to the nature of the paint.

The insurance will want to know where the spare key is if the car is stolen.
They dont do excuses.
I would take it back and reject the car"I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Mods move this to the Motoring board.
You can't reject a car for a tiny paint chip!!!0 -

But they might be able to because of the missing key.
If this doesn't turn up, the dealership could easily get a replacement but this wouldn't detract from the fact that there is another key about somewhere, a key that could be used to break into or steal the car.0 -
Wise after the event but personally I wouldn't have accepted the car or paid them any money until the spare key was produced and the paint completed to my satisfaction.0

Not many new cars come with 2 keys anymore. Are you sure there is meant to be a spare as standard? We had to pay extra for ours last year.0

Hi yes there should be a spare key. In the pack was even the fob that was clearly attached to it at some point.0
