Hi everyone, received a letter from HSBC, offering 3000 compensation!! My question is, not to sound greedy, but do I accept straight away? It was on a 10000 pound loan, taken out 2005, I'm not good at all with maths, also as a non taxpayer what do iI need to do about the tax deduction? Sorry to come over as stupid, any advice I'd be grateful for thanks
