I popped into my local Tesco last night and they had upto 75% off garden care products. This included Miracle Gro feeds like the 1Kg of Rose and Shrub Slow Release, down from £4.99 to £1.49, 3.5Kg - EverGreen `I Want To Feed My Lawn After Cutting' down from £6.99 to £1.99. There was loads of other offers as well. :D

Already posted, about ten spaces below this one!

Sorry, I thought Garden Care (ie Lawn Feed, Weed Killer etc) was different to Garden Furniture (ie Tables, Chairs etc). My mistake, sorry.

I managed to get 6 of the grampian wooden chairs and 6 seat pads for £52. Given that it was £59.96 for 2 chairs originally I am well chuffed. And because they fold flat I am able to store them away. Unfortunately no table, but hopefully next year I will get one. even if I have to pay full price it will have been a bargain. Until then I will have to re-oil my old one.

We too have the chairs, but no table.
Though we popped into B&Q and they have a hardwood round table called Winchester for £45 reduced from £90 i think, and looks if they will complement each other perfectly - we're just trying to find alternative delivery method as begrudge their £20 charge.

    Edit:
Just seen the Grampian table on Tesco Direct, and the Winchester table at B&Q is exactally the same.
I'm going to wait a while and see if Direct will lower their prices before going for the B&Q one, but this may help others who has the chairs but no table.

Bought 3 deckchairs at Telford last night reduced from £20 down to £5 each.
Telford forge Tesco's has very little left as they're starting to put out the school stuff.

Also got a pair of JVC earphones that I'd looked at in HMV yesterday (£18) reduced to £8 whilst I was there. :D

    Garden gloves 50pish
    Small trowel and fork 17p
    Large parasol £9 (was £35)
    Parasol stand £3
Cheaper two deck chairs and parasol £5

Lots of other garden pots and thingys

Be quick - three Tesco staff went up and grabbed one of the parasols each while I was browsing (this is probably where most of the bargains go!)

Does anyone know if/when the luggage will be reduced ?
Checked them all out on Tuesday ( and camping stuff) No reductions. Next day shelves were suddenly full of school stuff, and all camping/luggage stock has vanished - don't know whether it has been sent to another store, or just in the store room.
Is it worth me checking out other stores, or will they suddenly re-appear again, hopefully reduced in price ?

Failing Tesco's, does anyone know if there are any good deals on luggage anywhere ?

    Thanks - ever hopefull

p.s some of the garden furniture stock suddenly appeared today, yet shelves have been cleared for days - so I don't know if stock arrived from another store, or they found a few more crates 'out back' ;)
So those of you hunting for your matching tables etc might still have a slim chance
