Went to Slough Extra at 5pm, Hardly anything left People were buying it in droves. Why someone would want 5 wooden parasols is beyond me!!

Oh well must be quicker next time!!

Just brought 2 pairs of womens purple gardening gloves for 24p each, one pair for me and a pair for my nan for xmas.

Really please - idea stocking filler!

I also brought a small cool bag (5l) for 90p.

Thanks for this, I was just about to ask if any Tesco staff knew when/if the camping stuff was going to be reduced. I hope this is national.
Missed out on all the decent garden furniture - saw people taking about 20+ white plastic chairs etc out.
DD going to festival next month and needs new tent and sleeping bag etc.....may just pop out to see if my local have theirs reduced. They hadn't reduced garden furniture( checked on scanners) when others were reporting the big reductions. Now they have got them reduced, and all gone !!:cool:


Also need some suitcases, so will check these out too - thank heavens for 24 hour shopping !! - just wish I had some coupons left !!:D

No fair !! :mad: Just got back from local 24 hour T's
Yes some garden stuff 75% off, but folding chairs only got a few £'s off. Also NO reductions on suitcases, and only a couple of pounds off camping stuff. Grossly unfair.:mad: :mad:
Why don't they have the same price reductions across the country? There is loads of stock, but not with the mega reductions.

Because the level of reduction is tailored so that all stores have a similar sell out time, based on their stock holding versus turnover.

Should be another round of cuts today. Back to school all needs to be on by Thursday...:rolleyes:
