Replacement fluorescent light fitting?

I have a fluorescent light fitting in my kitchen which has 2 fluorescent tubes in it.
T8 cool daylight
One tube has gone and I expect the other to go as well as they are both over 20 years old.
I replaced the starter but that didn't help.
One flickers and the other has a pinkish glow at the ends.
Are there LED tubes that are a direct replacement for T8 tubes?
Or should I consider a new LED fitting?

If so try an electronic type starter they normally make them work?

After that its choke/ballast likely gone yes you can get retrofit LEDs often require removal of cables, ballast etc some easy some not for all the ffing about I'd probably say just buy a new led tube and fitting0 -
Get led tubes, no need to get a fitting, easy to convert if you are confident enough to have a go.0
