Just to let people know they can do it. I had the Santander 123 Credit Card with the 18 months 0% interest on purchases. Since I saw they now offer 23 months to new clients I called to 01512 648 725 (24h 7d/w) and they increased my 0% period by simply asking.

Since March. I actually got it a few weeks before they offered it, so I also had to call to get the 18 months.0

Just to let others know I have a 123 cc with Santander only got it 11weeks ago on 18months 0% so I thought I would give it a go to extend it to 23months,
Firstly the number you give just said for international calls only so I found and used 0800032465 which with a lot of button pressing got me in.
Despite having eight accounts plus a credit card with them they turned me down point blank so all in all you did well.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
hmmm looks like their balance transfer amount is also at 23 months now with 0% fee.
Excerpt:
Purchases
Spread the cost of your purchases with 0% interest to pay for 23 months from the date of account opening.
Balance transfers
Save on interest repayments by transferring your balances from other credit or store cards. You’ll pay 0% interest for 23 months from the date of account opening and there is no balance transfer fee during the introductory period on this card.0
