I will send off the email tomorrow when I'm at a computer and also email the land owner wih a complaint.

I'm assuming since they have no keeper liability that they may well drop the issue after the first appeal, when they know that I know, that they dont have a chance?

Either way I will post again if I have any issues and when I get to the POPLA stage.

Hi everyone

I have now appealed to the parking company and am awaiting a response.

I now plan to complain to the land owner, but just had a quick question - should I hide the details of who was driving when complaining to the land owner?

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I successfully appealed against this without even having to complain to the land owner. I sent an amended version of the appeal template and that was enough for them to close the account on it!

So I thought I'd say a big thank you for everybody's help here and putting together the massive resource of information on this forum!
