    I didn't - no. I'm trying to find another insurer so i can cancel the policy with insurer 2.

    I've now got a new policy setup with hastings direct. Go girl policy is cancelled.

    Will await for things to quiet down, and after the new year will pick this up again. Even with an error (an honest one), there is no way I should be treated like I did by insurer 2.
