Hi
Zenith fitted new upvc double glazing here around about 2002 now the SE facing windows inserts have gone a horrible brown. These are the inserts that make up the Georgian effect.
Is there anything that can be done?

Sounds like the PVC strips used for the Georgian effect aren't UV stabilised. Presumably the windows are out of warranty after 12 years, so you may need to replace the units. Are the frames OK??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
