Is anyone-else having a problem in using the "verified by visa" service today with a debit card, when they're trying to buy something online? It was fine a few days ago, and the card is still valid (AND there's money in the account to cover it) but whenever I enter my card details and then fill in the VbyV bit it just looks like it's going through and goes on and on and on ...
Tried 3 times and then gave up.
Is it just me ??
