I have been trying to get onto my web builder page since yesterday morning but it keeps hanging, its no loading at all.

I have deleted cookies and cache's and checked everything I know. I have tried 3 different machines so it cant possibly be my machine.

This is what the message says when I click on it for details.
Char: 0
Error: Script Error
Code: 0
url: http://static.websimages.com/v521b6a2/active-static/target/internal/sitebuilder/builderchrome/builderchrome.app.js

I would be so grateful for any help as Im really wanting to get this sorted after losing my old website.
Thank you
Sam

    More info needed.

What is your "web builder page"?
    Where is it hosted?
What application are you using to try and build the website?
Have you tried a different browser?
Have you tried to access it from a different internet connection?

It my website via Vistaprint. Used them before in the past and not had any problems.

Accessed it on one pc using Vista and Chrome, and on another PC on XP using Chrome and IE. Also tried on an ipad.

Contacted Vista print and they said they can get online and cant see any problems. I dont have any alterntive ISP available so just using Virgin

Try clearing browser cache - corrupted cached script file. If that fails try a different browser.

OP has already tried all those. ;)

Do you not have mobile internet? If yes, can you access the site that way? (Just in case it's a DNS or routing issue from Virgin).
  • Hi Bod1467, Yes tried through my Ipad teathered to my mobile and its the same.
