Should I complain? Parcels not collected on time

As you get on well with the staff why don't you ask them what the problem was that evening? I imagine the van broke down or was delayed and I'm sure they can tell you. They were probably annoyed having the place cluttered with extra post that they wanted regularly cleared.I use a small village P.O. and there is a collection at 11.30 and a collection at 5.15 p.m. - I get on well with all the staff and they have been helpful this year.0 -

I did ask the next morning when I found the sacks still in the back room. It's family run and the son had not been there that evening and he did not know, he thought that the van might have been full.
I had not even thought about putting in a complaint until I spoke to the chap who runs the P.O. in the next village - he is always trying to get me to complain about my local Post Office!0
