Credit card eligibility checker.

Dear Forum

I have tried numeral times to use the above checker and, after I typed in all requested details I get this message all the time: Unfortunately, we have not been able to find your details at the Credit Bureau. Please check and try again.

I have tried my husband's details as well and get the same message however, we both have credit reports!

Can someone please tell me why I get these messages every time and what I can do to rectify this?

Hi. The new eligibility checker uses the address data directly from royal mail addresses database. I live in a flat, all my credit agreements report to the CRAs with the flat in front of the address, so if i didn't enter it, the checker could not find me. So if your case is the same, try to enter a number in front of the street name, if the address won't shoup up, just click on Enter address manually and add the flat number. This way you will be fine.
