Refund to a Store Credit Card

Hi
I wonder if someone can help me out with a definitive answer.
If I purchase items on a store credit card for my husband and he doesn't care much for them, can I give him my card to obtain a refund for me? It's not a joint account and the card has my signature on the reverse. Is this possibly/legal
Thanks

as far as i can remember last time i had a refund onto a card i gave my details name/address on the receipt and had to enter my pin.
I guess you could give all your details to your other half (pin number). although you are not supposed to do it. However if the shop look closely at your card, which they may do, and it says 'Mrs X' then they may refuse.0 -

There is no statutory right to any refund just because you change your mind, no longer want/need an item you purchased, etc.
See if the seller has a refund policy, and if so, refer to it.

Revealing your pin to anybody, even your husband will be a breach of the T&Cs for the card itself.0
