KGB Deals / NCrowd refunds?

Hi there,
I booked a hotel stay voucher through KGB Deals on the 30th November and quickly realised that I had made a mistake and cancelled the order on the 2nd December and received an email on the 3rd saying a refund would be sent within 7 to 10 days. No refund arrived, so I emailed again on the 12th December and they replied on the 15th saying that the refund would be processed the next day. Still no refund so I emailed again on the 16th asking about the refund. I then received the same stock reply saying the refund would be processed within the next 7 to 10 days again.
As NCrowd appear to be an American company what course of actions can I take? OFT?
Thanks for any advice, or if anyone knows or can find a UK contact phone number, I would be very grateful.

Booked film and dinner at the Roxy Bar and Screen through KGB Deals / NCrowd. Cost approx. £50 for four people.
When we got there film had been cancelled and manager Jay Uddin (07881202182) promised full refund and complimentary visit as compensation. He took photo of vouchers to have the details.
After many emails to KGB Deals / NCrowd they finally replied to say vouchers had been used as they had photo copies. Wrote to CEO of KGB Deals / NCrowd Mr Peter Conley in Toronto to say there was no way the vouchers were redeemed as I still had them. (All they had were the phone photos of them taken by the manager who had promised a refund).
Heard nothing from him either. Do not use Roxy Bar and Screen and be aware that as soon as you have a problem with KGB deals/ NCrowd no-one wants to know... not even the CEO!0 -

If you paid for the deals with your credit card you can contact your bank and they can do a charge back0 -
Purchased spa day from these but voucher did not work so I emailed for help, emailed back to say merchant not honouring offer but it is still on the website being sold and number sold increasing! Don't understand, despite this they will not refund the will only credit, is this correct I can't see how this can be appropriate as I want the spa or a refund in the circumstances.0
