Trying to change over from SP to EON, for both elec & gas.
EON says change gone through in November.
SP says elec is still with them ,although only able to see gas bill online with SP.

Both are now taking DD from me, althogh SP are only taking for one supply :o

    It's not unusual for electric and gas to switch over at different times. November does seem quite a time ago though.

    Have we confirmed we're now supplying both fuels? Have you received a Welcome Pack with details of the meters, tariff, payment arrangement etc?

    Check the meter serial numbers on your paperwork match those on the actual meters. Let us know if there's a discrepancy.

    Sorry you haven't received your Welcome Pack yet.

    If you've opted for contact by email it may have come this way. If not, let us know. Can soon send one either by email or through the post, whichever you prefer.

    Just to let you know, you can keep an eye on your monthly payments through our website. You can even make changes through the online 'Direct Debit Manager.' Comes in handy should your circumstances change.

    Provided the account is billed up to the latest meter readings, you can alter payments by up to 20 per cent up or down. By up to 5 per cent up or down without readings.

    Before putting the change through, we'll let you know by how much we anticipate your account will be in credit/debit if the new amount is confirmed but usage doesn't change accordingly.
