barclays addition account success 3rd time lucky

Dear All
I thought I would share my success with you and give hope to others you may have had their complaint rejected in the past.
Jan 2012: put in claim for refund of packaged account fee totaling £380, claim got rejected
Feb 2013: put in the same claim again, got rejected and sent to FOS
sept 2013: FOS said it was more than 6 month from the day barclays rejected my claim so therefore the complaint is closed
04 Dec 2014: Dont ask me why I asked barclays to look at it again
11th Dec 2014: got a call from barclays, answered few questions etc, told will know within 7 days
16th Dec 2014: cheque arrived £958.06 wow do not give up keep trying yippeeee::rotfl:
