Evertime I buy something off ebay using Papal I'm asked to link my account, everytime it fails and asks me to try later. I have a registered address and bank payment backed up with credit card also been a buyer/seller for many years, any idea why I'm getting this problem ?

I wont be linking mine so have not tried it.
When linked i presume it wont ask for confirmation and a password so more open to abuse.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
