Hi and thanks in advance for reading.
Recently I have received a G24 CPCN for parking in a members only car park at the back of a directsportsfitness gym for 10 minutes. It was my wife who drove in and dropped me off to enquire about the gym, she actually immediately left the car park after dropping me, and went to a shop down the road, and then returned to the same car park to return to pick me up, as there were no staff to show me around the gym at the time. So she drove in and out twice over a 10 minutes period. BUT on the photographic evidence they have sent claiming that the car had actually parked, they show two photos one of the first time the car entered and one of the very last time the car exited? So I've rang them to explain that there should be two other photos to go along with these, and the car never parked, just went in and out twice, but they said all I can do is appeal it, so I did, and today ive received an email saying my appeal is unsuccessful and that I have to pay the full amount of £100. They have said I can appeal to theias.org???
I am asking for help as to what to say to these guys as I haven't done anything wrong, and I think I am being conned?
If you could get back to me with a possible solution that would be great,
many thanks!!
Ross

Sounds a bit like mine, see this thread, they're trying to con me too.

By the looks of things I'm a bit ahead of you so keep an eye on that thread because I'll update it as soon as I get any more responses from G240 -
So she drove in and out twice over a 10 minutes period.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
