My credit card isn't showing on my report?

Hi there.
I have had a Barclaycard since October 2012. I have failed to pay the minimum once. I haven't paid it off in full for at least a year. It has £646 on it right now, and the limit is £800. I am paying off £125 every month, and not spending any further on it.
I noticed when checking my Experian credit report that it doesn't show up as a line of credit. The only line of credit that shows up is my Barclays overdraft of £500.
I would like to be able to move another credit card (not in my name, but my debt owed to family) onto a 0% balance transfer, but have been rejected. Now I'm wondering if the fact of NOT having this Barclaycard on my report is actually bad. As it's showing that I don't really have any credit, and I am not getting any "plus points" for showing regular payments to the cards.
So my question is, would it be beneficial to have this credit card on my credit report? As it currently appears to be missing, would it be sensible to inform Experian of it's existence? Or would it be better to keep quiet?
One of the negative factors is that I have "no closed lines of credit". I was hoping that paying this off in the next few months would tick that box as a "closed line of credit", but it can't if it doesn't even exist on the report!

It may be reported to Equifax and/or CallCredit instead.
Experian won't do anything if you call them. They will only enter information reported to them by the lender, and it doesn't sound like Barclaycard are doing that...unless they already are and there's some kind of address mis-match and your files are not joined up?0 -
I'll see if I can sign up with Equifax/CallCredit and see if it's there at all.
The credit card is correctly registered at my current address, with my full name. Can't see any reason for it not to show up

Did you managed to speak to our team over the telephone to resolve the issue? If you haven't then I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
Please could you email me your details (name/dob/full address including postal) this would enable me to establish why your credit card is missing from your Credit Report and look at putting it right.
Kind Regards
