Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help.
I recieved a parking charge notice from parking excel a few weeks back and was advised to ignore it. From this I have recieved a letter today from TNC parking services saying I need to reply in 24 hours or further action (im presuming debt collecting) will take place.
Should I ignore this again or am I in trouble here?
Cheers

Yeah IVE read advice from old threads it would assume. IN england, at first it was a windscreen ticket then a postal one. I paid the correct time but they penalised me for not parking in the lines.
Are you saying I should pay this immediately?0 -

NOBODY WOULD ADVISE YOU TO PAY, ONLY A FOOL WOULD PAY UP AND i DOUBT THAT YOU ARE A FOOL
Read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum, send the template letter to excel with free certificate of posting at the PO
they will probably refuse your appeal as you are out of time
ignore DRP
then for 6 years you will get begging letters threatening hell and damnation, ignore
DO NOT IGNORE any LBC or MCOL from EXCEL however over the next 6 years
if you are lucky enough to get it cancelled by excel , fair enough, but DRP cannot do a thing to you (all explained in that newbies thread you need to read)
in future, appeal promptly and within the timescales allowed0 -

So please clarify did you actually get a letter from Excel in the post before this TNC rubbish? What date? Was it a 'notice to keeper'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
