Hi, I have acquired a Pifco force 10 lantern but without a charger (inherited this recently from a relative). Does anyone know of a suitable replacement that I can use?

Is it a dedicated charger, or one of those where you just plug an adaptor jack into it ? If so, one of the universal adaptors might do the trick, something like this ?

I don't know what voltage your lantern needs, but there are any number of these universal adaptors available, so you should be able to find one that would suit. They're also useful for when you've lost or broken the charger for other things as well0 -
Hi. Sorry for delay (Just Joined Forum)
A charger for your Pifco Force 10 can be found on ebay 6Volt 500ma , Your best going for a universal charger with a collection of plug tips . I have owned the Pifco for must be around 10/12 years and the battery had died long ago , But a replacement battery can also be found on ebay £7 if you look hard enough with the same diamensions. But there is an easier way to charge the battery, Just remove the sliding cap on the bottom and the battery just drops out and can then be charge with a switchable 6/12volt car charger .
