Thomas Cook have charged my credit card 4 times.

Last night I tried to book a holiday to New York. Thomas Cook website was being funny and kept kicking me off, a couple were just after I'd entered payment details but before I'd done the 'verified by visa' bit. We actually booked the trip this morning and received 1 confirmation email.

I've just checked my credit card and Thomas Cook have taken 4 payments! 2 today and 2 yesterday. I'm now over my credit limit.

I called Thomas Cook and they have been a bit useless, they can only find our 1 booking so can't see why they've charged me 4 times. What should I do?

    Contact your card provider to prevent over-limit charges, and let them know what is going on.

    Also, quote that 3 of those charges are un-authorised, as you said, you only did the 'verified by visa' once, which means the other 3 are not authorised by you....
    Been down the same road..
