Replacing washer for Carron Phoenix kitchen mixer tap

Hi, I need to change the washer on the above tap but upon removing the head unit I'm not familiar the type of washer inside nor how to fit it. I have bought normal black rubber washers thinking that they would be suitable but unfortunately not. Pic below, can anyone point me in the right direction and which washer I need.
